Terms

Who these terms are between
These terms are between you and Johannes Levin, Sweden, who runs Machsizer. If you use Machsizer for your employer or another organisation, you accept them on its behalf. Machsizer is made for businesses.
The trial
Early access starts with a 14-day trial; every request is reviewed by a person, and the trial starts the first time you sign in. The trial is free and includes a set number of engine minutes. When it ends, your account stays and you can still sign in and export your projects, but the engine stops until we agree on a plan by email. The trial carries no obligation to buy.
Your projects and data
Your projects and their results are yours. We do not store them (see Privacy), and we never use them for anything but running the job you asked for. You are responsible for having the right to use the data you put in.
Acceptable use
Excluded field of use. Machsizer may not be used to plan, size, simulate or improve production systems for the industrial manufacture of walls, floors, roofs, trusses, volumetric modules or houses, whatever the frame material. This field of use is licensed exclusively to another party.
Do not share your account, try to get around the engine's limits, probe or overload the service, or use it to build a competing product. We may suspend an account that breaks these rules; we will tell you why.
The service
Machsizer belongs to Johannes Levin; using it gives you no rights to the software beyond using the service. It is in early access: features change, and we may pause the service for maintenance. We will tell you in good time by email before we close your account or the service.
Liability and results
Simulations, layouts and suggestions are estimates from the model you build. They support engineering decisions; they do not replace them, and you are responsible for the decisions you make. The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect loss, such as lost production, profit or data, and our total liability is limited to what you have paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim. This does not limit liability for intent or gross negligence.
Changes
We may change these terms. We will email you about changes that matter before they apply; using the service after that means you accept them.
Governing law
Swedish law applies. Disputes are settled by a Swedish court. Questions about these terms: [email protected].
