Rush orders

How

Add it to the order list with the time it arrives (release_s), its due time and a priority above the others:

Machines take waiting jobs of a higher priority first. A product can also carry a standing dispatch_priority (a hot lot). A started job is not interrupted.

Check

Forty brackets are in work when five rush brackets arrive at 4 h, due 2 h later. They overtake the queue and are on time, and the forty still finish by their own due time.
