Make-to-order with several order types
Work starts only for an order, and order types take different routes.
Pattern Existing features combined; the result is exact.
How
Make each order type a product with its own operations (its route), with demand_mode: "order", and list the orders in settings.job_shop_finite_jobs (quantity, release and due time per row). Machines that several types use are shared work centres (standalone_workstation: true).
Options that differ per order within a type are product options; the order list does not set options per row yet, so an order that needs its own options is a product of its own.
Check
Thirty standard and eight special gearboxes (special: gear grinding and paint added) share machining, assembly and the run-in rig. All 38 are made and on time.
